Where you make a difference
Since June 2024, André Kneubühler and his team have been shaping a new culinary era in our Mountain Lodge. To strengthen our motivated kitchen team, we are looking for a passionate and creative personality as Commis Tournant (m/f/d), starting immediately:
- You manage your station independently and responsibly, contributing to the consistently high quality of our cuisine.
- As a flexible all-rounder, you support our Chef de Partie across all stations, ensuring a seamless workflow in the kitchen.
- With your structured approach, you maintain order and cleanliness while ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
- You bring fresh ideas and contribute to a positive team spirit.
- As a team player, you actively support your colleagues and work together toward the team's success.
What sets you apart
Your passion for cooking, combined with creativity and a strong commitment to quality, makes you stand out. With a completed vocational training (EFZ) as a chef, you work reliably and systematically, maintaining an overview even in demanding situations. Your team spirit and service-oriented mindset make you a valuable member of our kitchen team—one that consistently delights our guests.
