Since June 2024, André Kneubühler has been bringing his passion and creativity to THE OMNIA, shaping our unique «Alpine Excellence» concept. Using the finest seasonal ingredients from the Alpine region, his dishes offer a fresh take on vegetarian cuisine, with the option to add perfectly paired fish or meat specialties.
Honored as Gault&Millau’s “Discovery of the Year” in 2024 and earning an impressive 16 points, André has already made waves in Zermatt’s culinary scene. With seven years of experience alongside Tanja Grandits at the renowned Restaurant Stucki in Basel, he’s leading a young and dynamic team that’s ready to take the dining experience to new heights.
