Our focus is on delivering extraordinary moments of indulgence – whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or a glass of wine in an elegant setting. With space for up to 60 guests, our restaurant offers a vibrant atmosphere, welcoming both hotel guests and external visitors alike.
Since June 2024, our Executive Chef André Kneubühler has been enriching the culinary experience with his "Alpine Excellence" concept. With a focus on seasonal alpine ingredients and creative vegetarian dishes, complemented by select fish and meat specialties, he brings fresh ideas to the table.
A particular highlight is our exquisite wine selection. In addition to the renowned Burgundy wines from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (DRC), we place great emphasis on local winemakers. Their passion lends a distinctive character to the vineyards of Valais. Our selection is rounded off with classics from Bordeaux as well as the distinctive vineyards of Tuscany and Piedmont.
