Covid 19 – Safety first
Welcome to our Mountain Lodge, high up on the rock, above the roofs of Zermatt!
We are ready to offer you relaxing moments of pleasure at THE OMNIA – with as few restrictions as possible but as many as necessary.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic there are special regulations for entering Switzerland:
From Saturday, January 22, double vaccinated and recovered persons will no longer have to present a negative PCR or antigen rapid test before entering Switzerland.
For non-vaccinated and non-recovered persons, the test before entering Switzerland will be retained. The requirement for a second test four to seven days after entry will be waived.
This means that the 3G rule applies to entry into Switzerland. The entry form must now only be completed by persons travelling to Switzerland by plane or long-distance bus. https://swissplf.admin.ch/formular
No mandatory testing for children under 16.
Please note the COVID regulations in force in Switzerland:
We recommend the "Covid Cert App", "CovPass" or a similar app from the EU to show your Covid certificate digitally as a QR code when entering restaurants, bars etc. together with an ID or passport.
2G rule indoors: Only vaccinated and recovered persons have access to breakfast, restaurants, fitness & wellness.
Mask requirement indoors: A mask must be worn indoors and consumption is only allowed in a seated position.
Overnight stays in hotels only, and thus also in THE OMNIA, will continue to be possible without a Covid certificate. However, no access to the restaurant, bar & wellness etc. without a 2G certificate.
In order to protect you, dear guests, and our staff, the whole team has been vaccinated. THE OMNIA strictly follows the recommendations and regulations of the Federal Council, the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and WHO in these challenging times. We implemented concepts of not only top quality but also of style and refinement.
We can hardly wait to spoil you in Zermatt soon!
Best wishes in the meantime,
Managing Director and the entire OMNIA team
