ALPINE SEASONS

Since May 2026, Markian Barmettler has been leading the kitchen at THE OMNIA. His approach is clear: seasonal produce from the alpine region, precise craftsmanship, contemporary interpretation. A cuisine that fits the character of the house and carries our guests through multi-day stays.

The menu follows the seasons and the region's producers. Carefully selected ingredients, precisely prepared, with space for each component to speak. Tradition and a contemporary signature work side by side, without one overshadowing the other. Across the restaurant, lounge and terrace, and through in-room dining, the result is a culinary offering with both variety and a clear common thread.
