Tanja Grandits guest chef in Zermatt – Four Hands Dinner – June 29, 2025

For seven years Tanja Grandits and André Kneubühler cooked side by side at Basel’s two-Michelin-starred Stucki. On 29 June the celebrated chef travels to Zermatt to join her former sous-chef in his new kitchen overlooking the Matterhorn. Together they will present a six-course menu blending Grandits’ vibrant aromas with Kneubühler’s clear alpine style and local produce.

Why we share: On 28 May 2025 a rockslide destroyed most of the Valais village of Blatten, leaving about 300 residents without homes. A share of the evening’s revenue will help rebuild the community.

Sunday, June 29, 6.30 p.m.
CHF 350 for a 6-course menu,
including 1 glass of champagne and wine pairing, excluding drinks

Limited seating.

“17 GaultMillau points! New star in Zermatt”

This is the breaking news from GaultMillau.
We are thrilled about this wonderful recognition!

Last year, GaultMillau honored André Kneubühler after a few weeks in THE OMNIA as “Discovery of the Year 2025”. Now we’re going one better: point number 17 for the 31-year-old chef. Because he impresses with his talent and hard work. He’s at the top of Zermatt; “you have to achieve that in this gourmet village!”

We are grateful to be part of Zermatt’s vibrant culinary landscape and deeply value the exchange and inspiration that surrounds us.
